Meet the dedicated management team of Matrix Home Care Services of New Mexico.

  • CEO & ADMINISTRATOR

    An experienced CEO, Administrator, and Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in CMS guidelines, staff management, compliance, and KPI utilization and implementation. Ms. Connolly is a former Emergency Department (ED) Trauma Team Lead RN, a US Army soldier, and an Air Traffic Controller with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

    Ms. Connolly has an extensive background in business leadership and management, healthcare, and entrepreneurship.

    Ms. Connolly is a University of Mississippi graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) and holds a master’s degree (MSN) in Clinical Nurse Leadership from the University of South Alabama. Ms. Connolly has over 10 years of nursing experience working in Emergency Room Trauma Nursing and healthcare leadership.

    Ms. Connolly is a former US Army soldier with 8 years of active duty service as an Air Traffic Controller/ Controller in Charge. She was honorably discharged in 2007 and went on to work for the FAA, as well as work as a military contractor for KRB in the Republic of Kuwait, before starting her healthcare career.

    Ms. Connolly lives with her family in El Paso, Texas.

  • DIRECTOR OF NURSING/ CLINICAL MANAGER

    Maria Theresa Earnest is a dedicated and accomplished healthcare professional, currently serving as the Director of Nursing/ Clinical Manager at Matrix Home Care Services in New Mexico. With a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to excellence, Ms. Ernest has established herself as a respected leader in the field of Nursing.

    Ms. Ernest brings a wealth of experience to her role, having worked tirelessly in various healthcare settings to improve patient outcomes and promote the well-being of those under her care. Her strong background in nursing education, clinical practice, and leadership has equipped her with the skills necessary to effectively manage and guide her nursing team.

    Known for her compassionate and patient-centered approach, Ms. Ernest is deeply invested in ensuring that each individual receives the personalized attention and support they need to achieve optimal health. Her expertise extends beyond medical knowledge, encompassing a holistic understanding of the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of patient care.


  • VICE PRESIDENT & ALTERNATE ADMINISTRATOR

    Mitchell Ferguson is a leader and entrepreneur who is active in both the business and philanthropic communities. Mr. Ferguson has owned and operated a healthcare and life science recruiting practice since 2002 and in 2014 added data protection, privacy, and national security to his business lines. Mr. Ferguson takes a partnership approach with his clients and focuses on solving the business problems at hand when sourcing and placing talent. He has placed corporate CFO’s, Hospital CEO’s, Director of Research and Development, and literally all line and staff levels with hospitals and pharmaceutical manufactures.

    Mr. Ferguson is a 22-year Air Force veteran. He was a recognized expert and leader in two career fields spending his first 14 years in intelligence with key operational and leadership assignments at unit and Headquarters level; his last eight years of duty were in the Department of the Judge Advocate General as a paralegal and law office manager/superintendent with assignments at both the Wing and Number Air Force level.

    Community matters and in 2011 Mr. Ferguson was a founding Officer and Director of the Board of Fisher House Wisconsin. He continues to serve on the Board Governance and Development Committee and leads the compliance efforts. Additionally, Mr. Ferguson has and continues to support the community through committee leadership positions with the American Lung Association and the American Heart Association helping all three organizations to raise more than 10 million dollars to support their missions in the last decade. Mitch is married to Linda Newberry-Ferguson and they have four grown children they raised together and seven grandchildren.


  • OFFICE MANAGER, HR DIRECTOR, & ALTERNATE ADMINISTRATOR

    Linda Moralez is a seasoned professional serving as the Office Manager and Alternate Administrator for Matrix Home Care Services in New Mexico. With a wealth of experience in healthcare administration and a passion for ensuring operational excellence, Ms. Moralez plays a critical role in overseeing the administrative functions that underpin the organization's commitment to providing top-notch in-home care.

    Ms. Moralez's comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and her adeptness in managing complex administrative tasks make her an invaluable asset to the Matrix Home Care Services of New Mexico team. Her role as Alternate Administrator reflects her ability to step into leadership positions when needed, demonstrating her dedication to maintaining the highest standards of care.

    With a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, Ms. Moralez ensures that administrative processes run seamlessly. Her proactive approach to problem-solving and her commitment to streamlining operations contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Matrix Home Care Services of New Mexico.

  • ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    Sandy Glover is a proficient and dedicated administrative assistant at Matrix Home Care Services in New Mexico. With a strong background in organizational management and a passion for supporting the healthcare industry, Ms. Glover plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the administrative aspects of the organization.

    Ms. Glover's attention to detail and excellent communication skills contribute to her effectiveness in managing day-to-day tasks and interactions. Her ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities enables her to provide valuable support to both her colleagues and the patients under the care of Matrix Home Care Services of New Mexico.

  • PATIENT CARE OPTION SERVICES LEAD

    Kimberly Mendoza is an accomplished and dedicated Patient Care Option (PCO) Services Lead, known for her exceptional leadership and expertise in the field. With a profound understanding of project management and a commitment to delivering results, Ms. Mendoza plays a pivotal role in driving the success of projects under her care.

    Ms. Mendoza's role as a PCO Lead highlights her ability to manage and coordinate complex projects with precision and efficiency. Her strategic thinking and attention to detail ensure that projects are executed in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding the expectations of stakeholders.
